I can say that the British gave me the education, confidence and motivation to move to the United States where I studied engineering and an MBA. The British is expensive but I thank my parents for their sacrifice because I think it is worth every penny. Today I live happily in the United States practicing my profession daily and English, which has become my new language.

Miss Dickenson was the headmistress, and Miss Bleer, Miss Bradley, Miss Thomas, etc; jealous guardians of education and good manners, of course I also remember with great love the teacher Isabel Acosta who always gave us a big hug and even tears, she later became the director, Norma Carbonell, Ernisa Insignares, Ana King ....I would lack space to name the luxury of art professors Alejandro Obregón, Angel Lockart and music professors Pedro Viava and his daughter Lucía....it was a real pleasure and honor to study at the Americano.
IMAGEN La Revista: Colegio Americano is an excellent educational institution. Now with higher education through the CUR Corporación Universitaria Reforma, with a variety of programs. Despite having reduced its space, by selling a large part of its land to what is now the Americano shopping center, it has not lost its leadership in the city of Barranquilla in terms of training and education.
